This marinade from allrecipes.com left the swordfish very flavorful and juicy. I left it on there for just under an hour, and grilled the fish for about 5 minutes on each side. Preheat your grill to high, then turn down the heat to medium when you put them on.
I didn't measure the ingredients, but just to give you an idea, here are the quantities. The wine gave it the best flavor, so maybe go heavy on that.
For 4 swordfish steaks:
4 cloves garlic
1/3 cup white wine
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
