Hefeweisen Fondue

.8      lbs     grated cheese (mostly white cheddar, with additional sharp cheddar, etc.)
2       oz      cream cheese
2       tbsp   minced yellow or red onion
2 ½    tsp     dry mustard
        dash   garlic powder
½      c        Hefeweisen
½      oz      goat or feta cheese
        dash   Worcestershire, optional
                 toasted bread cubes and raw veggies for dipping

Blend all ingredients (except beer) together in a mixing bowl as thoroughly as possible.  Transfer to fondue pot and heat while combining beer. Serve immediately.
