2 pounds chicken breasts
½ bottle Newman’s Family Recipe Italian Dressing
½ bottle Newman’s Ranch Dressing
1 ½ tsp ground cumin
1 ½ tsp chili powder
1 ½ tsp minced garlic
freshly ground black pepper
fresh pico de gallo
corn tortillas
Whisk together dressing and spices, pour over the chicken in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Shred the chicken and serve over corn tortillas, topped with pico de gallo.
Makes 4-6 servings 5-6 hours
