3 large eggs
1 c dark corn syrup
1/2 c Roberts Pear Walnut Amaretto Jam
1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 c chopped pecans
1 prepared pie crust, par-baked according to package instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Whisk first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl to blend. Mix in 1 c pecans. Pour into crust and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 c pecans. Bake pie until set, about 1 hour. Transfer to rack to cool and serve.
