BBQ-Peach Baked Chicken Thighs

8          whole   boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 ½       c           BBQ sauce
½         c           peach preserves

Preheat oven to 400, preferably on convection setting. Place the thighs in a 9 x 13 pan and bake for 20 minutes. Combine the sauce and preserves in a bowl and evenly spread the mixture over the chicken thighs. Return the pan to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until safely cooked through.

Makes 8 thighs                            45 min.
