1/2 cup pomegranate arils
6 sliced peeled kiwifruit
1 (4-pound) pineapple, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 teaspoon grated lime rind
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
Combine fruit in a bowl, then mix rind and juices in a small bowl. Toss juices with fruit and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
