Tomato-Yogurt Dip with Pita Chips

3 tbsp olive oil
2 small cloves garlic, grated
1/2 to 3/4 tsp crushed red pepper (depending on how spicy you prefer)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1 cup Greek yogurt
Pita chips

Place yogurt in a serving bowl. Mix first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Toss tomatoes and basil with the oil mixture, and spoon over yogurt.
