6 oz. canned tuna fish, drained and flaked
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1/8 cup green onions, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/8 tsp each salt and pepper
1 Tbsp lemon, juiced
1.5 Tbsp light sour cream
1 large egg
Directions: In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients together. Mix well and form into patties. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Freezing Directions: Wrap individually and place in gallon size freezer bags. To serve, thaw and microwave until heated through. Serve on toasted English muffins with lettuce and tomato.
