Lemon Garlic Tuna Burgers

Serving: 2 burgers     

6 oz. canned tuna fish, drained and flaked 
1/4  cup  panko bread crumbs 
1/8 cup  green onions, finely chopped 
1 tsp garlic, minced 
1/8 tsp each salt and pepper 
1 Tbsp lemon, juiced 
1.5 Tbsp light sour cream 
1 large egg     

Directions: In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients together.  Mix well and form into patties.  Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.      Freezing Directions: Wrap individually and place in gallon size freezer bags.  To serve, thaw and microwave until heated through.  Serve on toasted English muffins with lettuce and tomato.      Nutritional Information:  Serving Size = 1 burger.  Calories - 199, Total  Fat - 5.2 g, Total Carbohyrdrates - 11.1 g, Protein - 26.5 g.  Dietary Fiber - 0.8 g WW Plus Points: 5    Containers Needed: 1 Gallon size freezer bags
