Crispy Kale Chips

1 head kale, washed and thoroughly dried
2 T olive oil
sea salt for sprinkling


Preheat to 275. Cut kale from ribs and into bite sized pieces. Lay on baking sheet and toss with oil and salt. Bake for 20 minutes or until crisp, turning the kale halfway through.
