Ingredients:
1-2 lbs. chicken – cut into strips or cubes
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tsp. ground comino
1 tablespoon oil
Ground pepper to liking
½ cup onion
½ cup celery
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 ½ cup rice
3 cups of water
1-2 tomatoes – cut in fourths
Directions:
*Cook chicken in pot with oil. Along with chicken bouillon cube or use chicken stock instead of water. When it’s cooked set aside in a bowl.
*In same pot, put a small amount of oil, rice, onion, and celery until rice is slightly cooked.
*Add chicken back into pot, tomato sauce, water or chicken stock, tomatoes, and pepper into pot.
*Cover pot and cook until rice is done.
