Cooking oil
Blackening spice blend:
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper for less heat lower or omit
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon ground white pepper
Salad:
3 large corn on the cob husked
1/2 red onion finely diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
2 avocado cubed
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 lime, juiced
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro sliced
