Cranberry & Chocolate Protein Bites

1       cup       old-fashioned oats
⅔      cup       peanut or almond butter
¼      cup       unsweetened cocoa
⅓      cup       honey
1       tsp        vanilla
½      cup       chopped pecans
¼      cup       dried cranberries
¼      cup       chia seeds
1       scoop or package vanilla or chocolate protein powder
⅓      cup       chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients together, and freeze for one hour. Form 1 inch balls and store in fridge or freezer.
