For each 12-inch tortilla:
1/2 c hummus
1/8 c cucumbers, chopped
1/8 c diced tomatoes
1/8 c diced bell peppers
1/8 c shoestring carrots
3 slices red onion
alfalfa sprouts
lettuce
Warm tortilla in microwave a few seconds to make it pliable. Spread hummus over tortilla. Add veggies, and add lettuce last, then roll up.
