Spicy Grilled Mango, Chiles, & Crema

3       tbsp      fresh lime juice, divided
1                   thinly sliced green jalapeno pepper
1                   thinly sliced red jalapeno pepper
2                   ripe peeled mangoes, cut into 1/3 inch thick slices
                    cooking spray
¼      tsp        kosher salt
¼      tsp        freshly ground black pepper
1/8    tsp        ground red pepper
3       tbsp      Mexican crema or sour cream
¼      c           cilantro leaves

Combine 2 tbsp juice and jalapenos in a small bowl.

Coat mango slices with cooking spray and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper. Heat a grill pan over high heat until smoking hot.  Coat pan with cooking spray and add mango to pan.  Cook, without moving, 4 minutes or until well-marked. Turn and cook 2 minutes, and place on a platter.

Combine remaining 1 tbsp of juice and the crema in a small bowl, whisking until smooth.  Spoon jalapenos over the mango. Drizzle with crema sauce and top with cilantro leaves. Serve with grilled steak, chicken, or pork chops.
