Grilled Asparagus with Red Bell Pepper & Manchego

2       tsp        canola oil
1       lb         asparagus, ends trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
1       cup       thinly sliced red bell pepper
¼      tsp        hot smoked paprika
¼      tsp        black pepper
1/8    tsp        kosher salt
1       oz         shaved Manchego cheese

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat, cook asparagus for 5 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients (except cheese) and cook 2 minutes. Divide onto plates and top with the shaved Manchego cheese.
