Greek Style Chicken Salad

1/4 c chopped red onion
2 tbsp canola mayonnaise
2 tbsp plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 oz chopped skinless, boneless rotisserie chicken (about 2 cups) 

Serve with pita chips, tomatoes, cucumbers, and/or parsley salad:

Parsley salad:
3/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup chopped English cucumber
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
