1 lb tempeh
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp dehydrated onion flakes
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp water
Corn tortillas and toppings
Crumble tempeh. In a saute pan on medium high heat, heat the oil and add tempeh to brown slightly. Add spices and saute until fragrant, about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add tomato paste and water, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
