4-5 eggs
2 pie crusts
12 oz shredded cheddar
1 cup diced ham
Cut pie crust circles with a cup, then roll them out as thin as possible. Make cups in a muffin tin. Bake at 375 until mostly cooked.
Place a few spoonfuls of egg into each cup, then distribute cheese and ham. Bake at 375 until egg is set.
