10 eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
3 Tbsp cream cheese
3/4 cup shredded cheese
1/8 tsp salt
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Using an immersion blender, beat the eggs, three cheeses, and salt. In silicone egg cups, divide the bits of bacon and top with egg mixture. Place in the sous vide water bath for 55 minutes at 170 degrees.
