8 cups of broccoli
1/3 cup finely diced red onion
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup toasted sliced or slivered almonds
1/2 cup finely chopped bacon (optional)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1-2 Tbsp sugar
salt & pepper
Combine dressing ingredients (starting with mayonnaise on the list above). Combine broccoli, onions, and cranberries in a large bowl, then stir to coat evenly with dressing. Add almonds and bacon and fold everything together.
